Hammond Makes it Happen For Garage Voice

A special treat to Garage Voice’s upcoming album is a new Hammond organ. If you’re familiar with Booker T & the MGs, Bob Dylan, Procol Harum or the Doors, then you’ve heard that magnificent screeching sound of a Hammond tonewheel organ.

The bands was just given one by some people we met on Craigslist. They’re thrilled to have it.

It’s a 300+ lb beast. Needless to say, the band wont be gigging with it.

Unless you want to be their roadie.

Garage Voice’s - Pardon Me, My Friend Music Video

Adam Farnsworth, Los Angeles, CA made this video for their song “Pardon Me My Friend.”

He said he spent about 50 hours hand drawing and animating the video, another 10 or so editing and color correcting.

Adam Farnsworth said the inspiration for the piece was really the song. He has been wanting to experiment with stop motion for a long time, and when he played the song he saw 1960s Tuscany country side, a couple in an MG, flying along. And, since his budget was next to nothing, Adam decided to do the next best thing…stop motion animation.

Northwest Christian Indie/Rock band “Garage Voice” have been in the studio this week recording demo’s for their next new album. The band say’s they are thrilled to bring you this album. We will keep you posted on the status of this album.

Garage Voice Plans

Today they met with our good friend Nick Lambert from Seven Years Absence to discuss a tour they’re planning during the month of August. The first time the band set on the road for a tour they teamed up with these SYA boys and we had such a blast that they felt sorrow when it came to an end.

On the calender of future dates Garage Voice is working on touring in August and recording their next record during the month of September. That means by earliest they could have a new record out at the end of October. That is the ruff idea right now but know this, they’re the most eager they’ve ever been to get this next record out. They said that they like these new songs more than what they’ve ever written and we think that is a good sign!

Garage Voice Has a New Music Video “Safe From All Arms”

The band Garage Voice has been really busy filming and getting a new music video out for you all to see. Their newest video that they just released is called “Safe From All Arms”.
